We offer a cost-effective card printing service where we can design and print your customised ID cards and usually despatch these to you for next delivery.
If you already have a contactless technology in use (e.g. for access control, or cashless environments), we can in most case utilise your existing cards or fobs. Supported technologies include Mifare, Paxton, HID, Indala and more!
Our multi-format readers support most contactless card technologies, and if you're not sure what technology you have at present, our technical team can analyse your cards or fobs before purchasing to ensure they're supported (they usually are!).
If you prefer to print your own ID cards in-house, our optional card printing bolt-on makes this easy.
Cards can be printed directly from the EntrySign back office suite which means there's no need to repeatedly input names, job descriptions and other information into other systems or software to produce your cards.
We can supply a complete solution including a high quality card printer, but if you already have a printer EntrySign is compatible with most other card printers. Our designers will even produce your card template if required.

EntrySign LIVE is an electronic equivalent to traditional paper-based evacuation reports and provides a clear, easy to read overview of people who are signed in to your site organised by type (e.g. visitors, staff, contractors, pupils etc.). Interactive roll-call functionality allows you to check people off, marking them as safe and provides an overview of who has been accounted for, and a clear visual indication of any persons who haven't.

EntrySign™ integrates with Paxton Net2 access control systems so if you already have a Net2 door access control system* EntrySign is the perfect addition for a truly integrated solution.
Enter your Net2 server details into EntrySign and it will create users within the Net2 environment at the push of a button so you don't need to repeatedly input the same details into seperate systems. If your Paxton system is using Mifare cards, you can even update the card numbers in Net2 automatically.
For education customers who use a compatible MIS, EntrySign can bridge the gap between this and your access control system.
EntrySign can also release your doors automatically when certain types of people sign in or out.

Our self-contained kiosks offer an innovative and attractive alternative to the conventional desk or wall mounted solution, with all the comprehensive features of EntrySign.
Completely self-contained with integrated RFID reader for use with contactless cards or fobs and optional QR reader for rapid acquistion - just one power and one data point is required for the entire solution. Multiple kiosks can be connected together to provide multiple sign in points for a single centralised system.
EntrySign kiosks are designed to be free standing with no physical install required, but they can be secured to the floor if required using the supplied fixing kit.
Kiosks are supplied in white or black as standard, and are available in any other colour to order.
We can also add your logo or branding to the front of the kiosk if desired.
