Privacy policy

To help explain the choices and control you have when it comes to your data, we've introducing a new Privacy Policy.

On the 25th May 2018, a new European Union data protection law – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – takes effect. The GDPR gives individuals more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information belonging to those individuals. We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to take into account the new requirements of the GDPR.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a piece of information that our website sends to your browser, which then stores this information on your system. A cookie allows our website to "remember" information about your preferences either until you exit your current browser window (if the cookie is temporary) or until you disable or delete the cookie. Many users prefer to use cookies to help them navigate a website as seamlessly as possible. You should be aware that cookies contain no more information than you volunteer, and they are not able to "invade" your hard drive and return to the sender with personal or other information from your computer. If you choose not to accept a cookie, you will still be able to use our website. Some additional services which we provide use cookies as part of our authentication sessions and without cookies enabled you may not be able to login and access these services.

EntrySign and the GDPR

Customers who use our EntrySign product may wish to know more information about whether we process data. In the majority of cases, we do not process any personal data on your behalf or by virtue of providing the Entry Sign System. However, there are a small number of associated products and services where customer personal data will be processed so we have produced a data processing notice for EntrySign which you can view by clicking here.

EntrySign customers who use our EntrySign LIVE service will need to review and agree to our new data processing agreement in order to continue using the service. To do this, log into your EntrySign LIVE account using the administrator login details provided when you first signed-up. You will see a prompt to review and agree to the new data processing agreement.
