We are currently recruiting for the following positions...

Field Service Engineer – IT Hardware

We are looking to recruit three Field Service Engineers. Positions are available in the North-East, West Midlands and South Yorkshire.

This is a home-based field service role involving travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair a range of IT equipment including laptops, Chromebooks and desktop PCs. Working independently, you'll provide professional on-site warranty repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing hardware faults and carrying out on-site repairs.
Replacing components including SSDs, batteries, screens, keyboards and mainboards.
Testing equipment to ensure successful repair.
Maintaining accurate service records.
Working closely with our technical support and service coordination teams.

We're looking for candidates with:

Experience repairing laptops, Chromebooks, PCs or similar IT hardware.
Strong fault-finding and practical technical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Contract: Fixed Term (12 months initially)

Locations: North-East, West Midlands & South Yorkshire

Salary: £24,000 - £34,000 depending on experience and location.

Workshop Repair Engineer – IT Hardware

We are recruiting for multiple Workshop Repair Engineer positions based at our Dodworth, Barnsley office.

Working within our dedicated repair centre, you'll diagnose and repair a wide range of IT equipment including laptops, Chromebooks and desktop PCs. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong technical and fault-finding skills who enjoys repairing hardware to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing IT hardware returned under warranty.
Replacing components including SSDs, batteries, keyboards, screens and mainboards.
Testing repaired equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
Recording repairs and maintaining accurate service records.
Working closely with our technical, logistics and service teams.

We're looking for candidates with:

Experience repairing laptops, Chromebooks, PCs or similar IT equipment.
Strong practical, diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Contract: Fixed Term (12 months initially)
