External Sales Representative / Account Manager

You will be responsible for seeking and developing new opportunities from our existing customer base, visiting partners, resellers and potential new customers to introduce our company's products and services.

The successful candidate should be able to understand the customers needs and requirements, negotiate and close sales opportunities, source new opportunities through cold calling and emailing, research accounts and identify new business opportunities as well as work with existing partners to develop their pipeline.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven sales experience and must have a strong telephone presence. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, have good organisation skills and the ability to multitask as well as prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively. As this is a field-based role, a full driving licence is essential.

Telemarketing Executive

We are looking to appoint well organised Telemarketing Executives with excellent communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner.

The role includes making outbound sales calls, as well providing administrative support for the business development team by answering inbound calls where required. Excellent communication and organisational skills, good time management and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate confidence using general IT, be a competent user of Microsoft Office and be technology aware. Successful candidates will be able to quickly develop an understanding of our core products and the technical language used in our industry, and will develop competency using the company's core products in order to provide remote/online demonstrations where required.

Field Service Technician (IT/AV)

We have a vacancy for a field service technician to cover the South of England. The position involves supporting our range of IT and AV products on customers’ sites across the whole of the South of England including within Greater London.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with good organisational skills and a sound understanding of general IT and network-related technologies. You will have good customer relation and communication skills and may already be working as a service technician/engineer within a similar field. Product-specific training will be provided and you may be required to spend some time at the company’s head-office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire initially.

The position will require you to travel most days (a company vehicle or car allowance will be provided), and you will also be expected to undertake general ‘helpdesk’ work (telephone and remote support) when not working on site.

Product Assembly and Setup Engineer

We have a vacancy for a technical engineer to assist with assembling IT & AV products from component parts and bills of materials to meet customer orders as well as the initial setup and configuration post-manufacture. Working within a combined manufacturing and R&D department the role will also offer opportunities to be involved with product development, improving and refining existing products as well as contributing to the development of new products and ideas.

You will have an interest in electronics, IT and/or product development and have good practical skills (e.g. confident using hand tools, basic power tools etc.). You may already be an electronics enthusiast, hobbiest 'maker' or have an interest in audio visual, home automation and similar technologies.

Customer Technical Support Engineer

We have a vacancy for a technical support engineer to join our Customer Technical Services team. The position involves supporting our range of IT and AV products both remotely (telephone and remote support) as well as visiting customers across the country to provide on-site support where required.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with good organisational skills and a sound understanding of general IT and network-related technologies. You will have good customer relation and communication skills and may already be working as an IT technician or helpdesk engineer within a similar field. Product-specific training will be provided.

The position will require you to travel to customers’ sites on occasion so a full driving licence is essential and a company vehicle will be provided when required.

Web Application Developer

We are looking for a web developer to join our software development team, and the role will involve developing the front-end web applications and user interfaces to our cloud services as well as some work on the the webservices, APIs and databases which support them. Candidates will have excellent knowledge and experience of web development, especially single-page applications and will be able to create great looking and functional applications.

You will be familiar working with Visual Studio and preferably have knowledge of Microsoft Azure. Knowledge or experience of desktop application development would also be advantageous.
